Tiles?

I have heard very little from our friend, Wethiel. I am curious about the progress of any new dungeon tiles. Any updates?

  1. No, I'm afraid Wethiel has abandoned us. She no longer reads our beloved blog or creates thosed blessed little tiles for us.

Instead, she has commercialized her product and forsaken us for the "Auction Gods and Goddesses" of the ethereal plane of eBay.

May she sell victoriously until the end of her days.

  2. Hm, that's not what I was hoping to hear. I suppose there will be no more "testing" of her fine products then. Best of luck to you Wethiel.

  3. Yes, it sucks but what are you going to do? I guess we just weren't entertaining enough.

I blame you E. It's your fault for not keeping her interested because you weren't pumping out stories about Ademar Nightwalker fast enough.

    What have you done?

  4. Unfortunately, this is why I am not a best selling author. I find it difficult to sustain my creativity for long periods. I have attempted to redeem myself but, it appears to be too little too late.

  5. Yeah, I too have the same problem. Aside from lack of talent, my environment, perfectionism (I have no idea what a rough draft is) and frequent bouts of writer's block, (aka "Playing video games when I should be writing so I can finally have a real career") keep me from any modicum of success/publishing.

Maybe we need to resurrect 667, Neighbor of The Beast, Productions LTD.

  6. "Maybe we need to resurrect 667, Neighbor of The Beast, Productions LTD."

That would be sweet! I've actually been doing some looking into self publication. Seems a lot easier than it used to be...

  7. Do not believe a word of it. I have not abandoned watching from my cloud, and I have been working diligently up until the past 3 weeks. There I will admit I have slipped from from my elvish workshop, layed down my hammer and tongs, and took a brief respite. But not before coming out with my second addition to your set of tiles. You now will have a new set to work with and test. They were, however, a BIRTHDAY GIFT TO A DM WHO WAS NOT AWARE OF IT, so I forgive the slight as --- well, birthday gifts are supposed to be not known about beforehand...

No set will go up on that ethereal plane of Ebay until you have more test time. I will not be recalling the set you have. It belongs to your DM. I have designed several more pieces for your set as well. I have two basic sets made, which will be for sale to friends, family, elves, and barbarians. If everyone seems happy and I get good feedback, or if nobody wants them, I will then put them up on ebay. I did start an a price list that is not quite complete. They go with pictures, and it took quite a while to get the cameras and gear set up. We took about 60 images when my time came to lay down the hammer and tongs.

For those who have ever spent 7 straight days of a vacation covered in grime and muck worse than a hundred year old orc latrine, you will understand that I am quite happy to be back on my cloud. The hammer and tongs feel good in my hands, and production on all kinds of new goodies will be flowing soon.

  8. I love Wethiel... I knew a little antagonizing would provoke a response.

    I am so smrt!

I hope ye had a fine respite, other than all that orc latrine business.

    Welcome back lass...
